How to Install your Roof Panels
If your frame has valley systems, youll need
to cut a compound angle into your panels where they rest in the
valley. This is similar to cutting the ridge angle, but in reverse.
Again, leave a 1/4" space in the valley to allow for expanding
foam sealer (see Figure 21). Test cut and fit some small panel scraps
to check your saw angles and bevels before working with full-sized
panels. Do not nail panels into the valley timber itself - its
easily damaged!
