UP > GABLE ENDS AND OVERHANGS
Finishing Up C. Gable ends & overhangs. You have several options at the gable end of your roof. You can see three of these below, in Figure 33. The simplest is just to cap your stress-skin panels with appropriate trim. Alternatively, you can create a stress-skin panel overhang, and enclose this with trim fascia. Our favorite method is to create a 2" x 6" ‘ladder’ and attach to the sides of wall panels. Other methods are possible as well.
